Simple and effective way to prevent infection

Hand Wash: Proper hand washing is the best way to prevent infections. Doctors recommends regular hand wash with soap and water or alcohol based hand sanitizer. Wash your hand every time , when you touch anything , especially when you going outside your home and using public places.

Remember the cross contamination, so wash your hand often.

You can make your own hand sanitizer:

you need:

Isopropyl Alcohol 70%, Glycerin ,Aloe gel,Coconut oil. you can make your own hand sanitizer, since hand sanitizers are out of stock and hard to buy it at this time. Also, it is expensive to buy online as well.

Cleaning your home: You can use Household bleach to clean our house. 100 ml of bleach for 1000 ml water , diluted solution is safe and effective way to clean and kill the COVID 19 as per doctors suggestion, when I saw CBC news yesterday.

Clean your house : all your floor, toilet, wash room, all door knobs and switches. Then use normal water to clean one more time. You can use even normal water to clean and wipe your place to remove the COVID 19.

Avoid Hand Shake: Try to avoid hand shake, use hug, wave hands, elbow touch, especially during the flu season like this.

Glove: Use disposable gloves when you needed like cleaning or wiping the things or when you touching public laces. If you are not using one, just wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer.

Social distance: Keep 2 meter social distance when you go out.I know it is hard to maintain the distance when you use public transport practically, however stay away from the people some you think they are sick.

Shopping: Try to avoid unnecessary shopping grocery at this time. If you really need to buy, visit off peak hours and buy only what you need at this time.

As I said try not to go outside of your home.

Mask: . If any one sick and coughing , they can use normal mask when they go out. I know , it is hard to buy mask at this time.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
